![]() ![]() Jerry was born January 7, 1954, in Marion, Indiana, the son of Harry Dilley and the late Mary Louise (Oswalt) Dilley. Jerry “J.D.” Dilley, age 59, of Marion, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2013, in his home. Enough so, we opened a toy store called Collectors Edition, it lasted till 2005.Įveryone loved him and he will be missed, but never forgotten! Mike collected action figures, mostly Batman, but a lot of others too. He was respected by all the kids and they all wanted to be coached by him. His one passion, to teach kids how to play baseball. ![]() He was an Electrical Engineer all his life until illness made him retire in 2000. Mike and Brenda left Indiana in 1977 and moved to California. Rick was an avid Colts, Pacers, IU and Jeff Gordon NASCAR fan. His grandson, Eli was his best buddy along with his cousin, Butch Gandee who was his side-kick. Rick had a ’72 Nova that he just loved to show off! He enjoyed attending the grandkids ballgames. Rick worked hard and looked forward to retirement and did so in January 2016. Rick was a lifelong resident of Marion, growing up in Bucktown. He married Nancy Quick on December 29, 1993, and she survives.
